WENKO is TOP in customer satisfaction 2019

PLUS X honors WENKO for maximum customer satisfaction

Hilden / Cologne, October 2019. Also this year the PLUS X AWARD called on customers to rate their satisfaction with the manufacturers and commissioned an exclusive survey across Germany. After evaluating the 3,147 votes, the decision was clear: WENKO, as a provider of innovative product solutions for everything to do with bathrooms, kitchens, laundry and living, was completely convincing and was awarded the PLUS X AWARD for highest customer satisfaction in 2019 in the WC accessories category. The Hilden-based company is thus fulfilling its brand promise of offering high-quality products and ensuring comprehensive, good service. Managing Director Niklas Köllner on the award: “At a time when good customer advice and the service concept often have the reputation of having gaps, we see our work confirmed with this award. Customer satisfaction is the basis of every entrepreneurial activity and we are very happy about this praise from our customers.”
