Ambiente 2018: WENKO convinced the experts with an abundance of innovations and ideas

640 innovations from the competence fields bathroom, kitchen, laundry and living

Hilden/Cologne . In its role as the leading provider of innovative product solutions, WENKO presented a record-breaking number of innovations at the Ambiente trade fair on an impressive exhibition area of 450 square metres. This year the medium-sized company from Hilden brought 640 examples of "THE BETTER IDEA" along and met with outstanding resonance from the public.

WENKO-Wenselaar GmbH & Co. from Hilden fascinated the fans of the cult brand Coca-Cola with a new series of kitchen accessories such as glass cover plates, trivets & Co. with original Coca-Cola branding. As a novelty in the bathroom segment, the company presented a very special, self-adhesive silicone storage series, offering a flexible and stylish alternative to permanently mounted storage options. The toilet seats Mora and Kos, equipped with aroma cartridges providing a pleasant room fragrance, also attracted a great deal of attention as well as the new WC brush set Rimless, whose particularly shaped silicone head guarantees even more hygienic cleanliness, particularly in rimless toilets. This year, the high-quality design room de-humidifiers such as the DROP 1000 in trendy colours were again particularly popular. The room dehumidifier CUBE from the same series won the coveted German Design Award during the course of the Ambiente. Of course, the brand ambassador of the popular "Fixing without drilling" series Detlef Steves came for an autograph session on February 12th to the WENKO trade fair booth and chatted with the fans about the benefits of the wide and unique product portfolio. Further new products such as trendy laundry collectors, bamboo laundry shelves, design bathroom stools, attractive folding hooks or a kitchen series made from bamboo rounded off the successful presentation of "better ideas" for 2018.
